ImageCut is an application that allows you to resize or cut small portions of an image.

The app works in two modes.

Editable

1.- Drop an image in the main window
2.- Choose size and method
3.- Export the image.

In this mode you can see a preview of the image
Note: if the size is "empty", ie the height and/or width is zero, the size of the main window is taken.

Automatic

1.- Drop an image into the application icon or choose the menu "Open with ..." from Finder.
2.- The image is resized using the size and method used the last time, automatically.

Warning, this mode will replace the original image and this action cannot be undone.

Methods
ImageCut uses 13 methods to process an image.

Scale
First of all you will be able to scale the image (resize it).

Crop
The first three of them will crop the image by dividing it into three parts, the start, the center and the end of the image.
The next nine methods will crop the image by dividing it into nine parts, the top left, top center, top right, center left, the center, center right, bottom left, bottom center and the bottom right of the image.

The resulting image in every method depends on the size of the image and the chosen target size.

Formats
JPEG, JPEG-2000, PNG and TIFF
